Tucker Wallace, LCSW
Tucker has an ability to meet clients where they are, join with them, and raise their vision. Tucker is an effective therapist for clients of all ages, and has a special love children, teens, and college students/young adults.
Youth anxiety and depression is on the rise. As the parent of a child or teenager, it can be exhausting trying to find a therapist your child is willing to attend, let alone enjoy and open up to. Tucker sees building the therapeutic relationship as essential, which has led to over 95% of his clients who are youth enjoying therapy, wanting to come back, and parents reporting progress in a very short amount of time.
Tucker has been a therapist in Cedar City, Utah for 2 years. He specializes in adolescent depression, anxiety, autism, perfectionism, scrupulosity, and social difficulties. He uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) most consistently, individualizing the treatment to each client, forgoing the one size fits all approach.
John Walters, LCSW
John understands that trust is necessary for therapy to be effective. He focuses on creating an environment where people feel comfortable, safe, and seen.
John has a unique ability to connect with adult clients who are initially resistant to therapy. He is able to match where the client is at, and simplify confusing or overwhelming topics and coping skills.
John has been practicing therapy for 20 years. He’s met with clients of all ages and needs, but specializes in addiction, chronic pain, trauma, and couples counseling. He is able to meet the client where they are, and help them take healthy steps towards healing. He also works with depression, anxiety, and anger management very well. John uses CBT and EMDR most consistently, and tailors treatment to each individual, knowing everyone has a unique background and needs.
Kelli Stoker, CSW
Kelli wants the clients to drive their own therapy. She doesn’t see herself as an all knowing expert, as that seems to oversimplify unique problems client’s face. She is willing to come along side the client and discover together what will lead them towards healing, walking along side them.
Kelli works well with teenagers, young adults, victims of domestic violence, and women. Her specialty areas include depression, anxiety, self esteem, boundaries, trauma, and tangible coping skills for children. Kelli understands the complexity that goes into everyone’s struggles. She is non judgmental, focused on helping clients overcome their past and their stories they tell themselves. She loves using CBT, ACT, and EMDR, and tailors her treatment to each individual she meets.
Jesse Rowland, AMFT
Jesse cares deeply about his clients. He has a love for helping clients see their unique potential and worth. As an AMFT, he has unique training and experience helping couples navigate hard topics, and families create a supportive, loving home.
Jesse specializes in couples counseling, family therapy, as well as working with kids and teenagers. He has a personality patience that allows him to be very successful with children and teenagers that are nervous about starting therapy, have a hard time focusing, were forced to come, etc. He is able to develop a trust and rapport quickly, leading to healing.
Jesse focuses his therapy on solutions that get the client out the door and into their life with the skills they need.
